Use this as my office when I work from home

Special thanks to my wife for forcing me to do this. It's awesome and I love reloading even more due to the organization and some ergonomic changes

I'll post some comments about what worked and what didn't later.

Thanks to all who viewed and commented. The ideas and comments are appreciated. This is where I will put the rolling cart. It will give me more storage and allow me to put the tumbler on it so I can weigh charges while tumbling and not effect the scale

When you guys are selecting a fired case to use for basing headspace comparisons on, how do you go about? My fired cases vary by ~.003 or so. Are you picking cases on the shorter side or longer side?

Power is in, lights updated, presses mounted junk moved in. Waiting on storage to show up.

Last few pics till I get storage and electric. Hopefully next weekend. The paint was a b**tch to put on the bench. I've never seen anything that thick. It was like the sand finish for ceilings.. Only thicker!!

Hoping to finish painting tomorrow, but got a bunch of stuff to do. If I can finish around the bench, I'll start moving in presses etc. Went to Home Depot tonight, no good storage. Akro bins look like the way to go so far.

Started painting tonight... No laughing... I hate painting.

First step, clear out all the junk that was in this corner. Tomorrow the build starts. Room will be about 8x9. I'll post pictures as it progresses.

Bought a replacement hammer spring for my 10/22 but can't figure out how to get the old one off guide rod. Do I need a special tool?

I have an Springfield m1a and the stock, while stained, feels very dry. Should I be putting some sort sort of coating on it, like a urethane?

Interesting, not what I expected. Chambered the case and very difficult time extracting it. Yet the neck looks unmarked. Have lc brass. I will try that but looking to understand what's going on.

Kind of hard to see in this photo. Cases drop in ok, not freely all the way, removal takes a finger nail to remove. Does not drop freely. Bullets drop in ok, 1 case was snug.

Loading 308 for an m1a. The load is 42.5gr of 4064, Winchester primers and 168smk, prvi brass, col is 2.800, no crimp. I checked the primers and don't see any flattening but looks like an extractor mark on the brass. I had been getting failures to pick up rounds at 42gr, since it was at the...
