Northern California Firearms Training (San Jose)

We have formed a company consisting of current POST certified LE firearms instructors in San Jose. We currently teach at the San Jose Police Academy and Evergreen (South Bay). We are now teaching outside of the PD's and educating private citizens in the fine art of defensive firearms. We will be holding Pistol, Shotgun and Carbine classes at Metcalf a couple times a month. We are developing Force on Force classes using a shoothouse and Airsoft. Stone Cobra Tactical Inc. (SCT) was established in Northern California in 2007 and is now located in Sutter County at the base of the Sutter Buttes which is approximately 30 miles North of Sacramento, Ca.

Stone Cobra Tactical Inc, is a business which provides tactical training (home defense, personal protection, Armored vehicle deployment, personal and team tactics) along with basic, intermediate and advanced firearms training, for law enforcement, military, as well as for civilians.


Our concept is "We train to standards, not to time". There are very few business's like this and the ones that are in existence either 1. Teach out dated material or 2. Don’t have enough one on one training time with the student. Our competitive advantage is that we are up to date with current tactics due to our experience and current assignments and we keep class sizes limited to at least one instructor per five students on the firing line in order to give the student what they paid for........"TRAINING".

The founders of SCT have a broad background in tactical training and firearms. All of our Cadre are P.O.S.T. certified instructors and are currently Law Enforcement Officers assigned to their departments SWAT Team or have been SWAT Operators in the past or have previous Military Spec Ops experience. All of this invaluable experience, gives Stone Cobra Tactical Inc. the leading edge when it comes to tactics and firearms training.

As many (or all) of you might know, the state dept. and most cities treat guns like nuclear bombs. If you want a MA Class A LTC ($5 legal term there) you need to complete the basic course at a registered institution.
