I'm looking at a Kramer leather holser. Does anyone have experience with them? Are they any good? Will they last?

I think the extractor on my P7M13 may be broken. It's in place, but I can move it about 1/8th of an inch with the tip of my finger. None of my other guns do that. So my question is: Is it broken? If so, how do I fix it? Can I do it myself or do I need a smith?
