I recently discovered that several of my friends had never heard of or thought to top off their magazine after chambering a round. Granted, neither of these folks carry. So... Is there anyone here who carries a pistol for either work or personal protection who does not top off their magazine...

I'm proud to announce the birth of my first child, Madison Nicole! She came a bit early (31 weeks) but is doing fine. Better than fine, actually. The docs tell me she is spectacular for her age- in the top 1%. *whew* Mom's doing well, too. Oh well, I'm off to beam with pride some more. ;) :D
