Well, if it weren't for your requirement of a scope, you could go with an 1895 Winchester in 405 Winchester caliber.

Did the Japanese ever make the Browning 1895 in .35 Whelen?

They make plenty of pumps (Remington) and bolt actions but I don't see a levergun.

there are just so many to choose from!!!!
now i really like my ruger #1 in 270, it just plain out flattens the deer. but i do like my rem model 7 in 7-08. i've shot a few cartridges in lever, pumps, and semis, but i have to say its the tc encore(rifle) in 444 marlin and 6.5 creedmoor and they both have high plains gunstocks.

both are highly accurate(.5" at 100 yards), they both look good with the 444 sporting a royal jacaranda laminate while the 6.5cmm has a sapphire laminate. they both have a cheek rest on the right side(i shoot leftie). the MGM barrels are also great too.
