I'd argue they are the best looking in 3.5 and 4 nch barrel lengths.

I had never had a revolver with a 5" Barrel until I bought this S&W Model 27-2. This is the most acurate revolver I have ever owned, and it changed my mind on liking the 5" Barrel configuration as well. Regards, Hammer It

I seem to recall that 5" was Skeeter Skelton's preferred length. Maybe the old gent knew a thing or two!
