What say you to this idea?

I believe there would be a market in states where traditional AR's cannot be owned. Look at how well pellet and airsoft guns sell when they model real weapons. The operation would be unnatural to the AR use but the controls would remain the same. I believe in the ability of the lawyers and major corporations to find better loopholes that this in those states.

Yep, 44 - it was for a PC looking gun. The cover story was that police had experience with 870s and would easily transfer to the rifle. As if they couldn't figure out an AR platform. Huh - quite a few were in the service, IIRC.

Check out stags home page, they are really going to lengths to try and make an ar that is legal in many states. Mine included.
