Nills make some good looking grips and they go well with your Model 19. Wish they weren't so expensive here in the States.

All my revolvers wear factory grips. 2 with wood, one with faux-ivory.

What I can say is I HATE black plastic and rubber. YUCK!! I've never seen a pic of a gun on this or any other site with rubber/plastic grips that looked good. The last thing I'd do if I owned a gun with them is post a pic of it!! To dang embarrassing. They may be functional but I could never put those ugly things on one of my revolvers.

I put Pachmayr's on my revolvers to preserve the wood handles. Also I like finger groves and a hard rubber with palm swell and checkering. My hands fit the grooves.
