I voted HK. Out of the ones I've tried, I'd have to say my USPc in .45 is my favorite, followed by a P2000SK .40 LEM I had and then the HK45, which I have on layaway. I need another SK...I miss that little sucker.
I hate to say it but my GLOCK's have overall out performed all the others I have owned or fired. They just keep on running and are of a decent carry size. Ugly and reliable. They do the 40 S&W well.
* That said, I conducted best pistol just recently and Glock won by margin. If you want to have a fair poll then conduct one for revolvers and one for semi autos. I also conducted poll like this where I asked for best handgun under the title Just One Handgun on THR and Glock won that as well by a margin of 150+ votes.

Love those Walthers in every shape and size. My favorite range gun would have to be the P5, followed by the P88C, the P99, and the P99C. With thousands of rounds through all of them, I've never experienced so much as a hiccup.
Also fun to shoot and a nice gun to own: the Ruger Bearcat. I've got three of them.
This is a tough question, as there are several excellent brands out there, including Colt, Sig, H&K, S&W, Wilson, etc. But in terms of what I own the most of, I guess Colt would be my favorite. Here are a couple of mine:
