defining "competence"
It is utterly apparent that differing definitions are held.
Some feel that competence gets described by one's being able to get from home to range and back without unwanted perforation.
Others might describe it as "able to headshot at 80m".
And IME 'rd-ct' does NOT automatically define one as 'competent'.
Just like, based on specific ammo, "rd-ct" might not describe "heavy usage", ay?
