Sierra Palma Match 155 and IMR4064

Why don''t you stay with RL-15?. I also shot 155 Palma Hybrids i my 308. While they did shoot good ( still sub MOA) I went beck to the 175's just to buck the wind. 4064 is a good powder, but I only use that in the 243.

R 15 is my favorite 308 powder. I tried Varget with the 155 Palma. I said I used 4064, but I confused the bullet with the 175 smk for some reason. Anyhow, I was not impressed with the results of Varget and the 155 Palma. I need to get out and test some loads again, but I'm having such good success with 168 AMAX and the 168 SMK in my Rem 700 LTR I don't see me changing loads soon. I'm going to start tuned to this thread and see what the results are. lots of good feedback for the OP and others here.
