Ruger pistols, military use?

Actually, I believe that Ruger operates off of a lower profit-per-gun basis than many. If so, then the $260 per pistol and spares that Beretta currently charges the military may more accurately reflect the actual investment, with a smaller profit margin, than the $550-600 that they charge the avrage citizen. Ruger, with a smaller profit-per-gun, couldn't necessarily beat it.:)
