Recommend a 9mm, HP Ammo

Hornady Critical Duty in full size hand guns and Critical Defense in compact/subcompact size. It feeds reliably, the bullet is cannelured and the case is crimped to prevent bullet setback, and for me it has expanded uniformly and reliably each and every time I test it. Hard to beat if you ask me.

Federal 9B std pressure or Federal 9BP LE +p+ pressure

Thay have both fed reliabily in every 9X19 that I have fired.

The 9BP LE was (is still?) std issue to some state agencies. Dunno know about the FEEBS. The 9BP LE +P+ 115 grain is a fast mover.

Stephen A. Camp, now deceased, reported velocities out of a BHP near 1400fps. Steve's "High Powers And Handguns" Forum is still being maintained. Its well worth a visit.

Dragline, check out Ammunition Depot. They usually have 124gr Gold Dots In stock; right now though, they are only showing the 115gr available in standard pressure and +P+...
