You never do in a good economy!
I bought mine in 2008 for about 1/2 of what they sell for today. In fact, it's really too rare and precious to use as a workhorse, although it is excellent as a CCW. Unquestioned safety, reliability and accuracy and a confience-inspiring feel like nothing else.
Hate to break it to you but we are in a p*ss poor economy, and HK P7's have become pricey because they are not made any more, and have become collector's items like Colt Pythons. They are excellent pistols, and I still carry one sometimes.
That being said, I have owned and carried a CZ-75D PCR since 2000, and it is the best G19 sized pistol I have shot. Accurate, 100% reliable, and as easy to carry as its polymer counterpart. I prefer the grip feel of the metal CZ's although the P-07, and P-09 are great guns in their own right.
