Testimony of Billy Bob Burecrat:

He stated that he is in charge of County Pistol Permits, and that there was no permit to posess or carry a firearm ever issued to the Defendant.

No cross exam.

Testimony of Antoni Gunner:

He stated that he is a firearms examiner employed by the State POLICE. oN _________, he received a Hi point pistol, caliber 9mm, serial number ________. He identified the pistol, and same was admitted into evidence. He stated he test fired the pistol, and it was functional.

No cross exam.
