In my opinion, a holster that covers the trigger and is sturdy enough to prevent the trigger from being manipulated unless the gun is unholstered, is part of the safety system of a gun like the Kel-Tec in question.

The truly sad part is that this jack-wagon is going to take a grey area that would likely rule in favor of the responsible citizen, and the lawmakers will now make it black and white... Something tells me that the results of a Negligent Discharge at graduation won't make it black and white in favor of gun owners...
