Yes, S&W 986. The frame cylinder cut-out is normal, but the cylinder is short, and the barrel extends inside the cut-out to the cylinder. Performance Center® Pro Series® Model 986 L Frame 7 shot w 5" barrel, recently also with 2 1/2 inch barrel.

I shoot a S&W 929 in 9 mm. Great gun. Reloads are super fast. I especially like the longer sight radius. I've fired over 25K through it this past year without a single failure.
