For both, Less is better. Maximums listed.
Seems* to be interesting info, that i have not read.
Basic- the harder the alloy, less constriction wanted.
As said above already.
Edit/Add - My Skeet choke tubes are a snug fit when i push the wad/slug into to them. From I/C to full, it just gets tighter
