The nicking of the magazines will not affect their functionality, although it is unsightly. The metal lips inside the polymer actually control the mag feeding, and the polymer is only provides a surface that improves ease of installation of the mag.

Glock is 9mm gun

Glocks where designed to be 9mm, when they started making .40, 357 sig, and .45's, glocks started breaking. Now, that old Glock 17 is a real runner. Ok, the 19 is too.:D
