First, the killing second shot needs to be as soon as possible, suffering of the game is not acceptable to real hunters and particularly to non hunters. A small caliber killing shot may not meet the game laws where gun type and caliber or power may be specified in state regulations.
Just my two cents which have the highest value with a hole drilled in the middle, which should make two washers worth at least a dime.
