Don't make too big a deal out of the comma count. English usage has changed over the last 200+ years. They were much more liberal in their use of commas in those days. It doesn't change the meaning.
As for the Urban Legends site, I consider it to be reliable. The 'Snopes' site is a great example of left wing disinformation, though. "There are NO conspiracies! None! Ever! It's not possible and you're a lunatic if you even think about it!!! Nobody can prove anything!!!! Especially not about Klinton!!!! No!!!"

The web site is a bit embarassing - Pat lets his boys do the webmastering. Ah, well. He does his homework on his films, anyway. In this case, it cost the life of one of his photographers. Shot between the eyes. Seems a lot of that went on in Bill Clinton's Arkansas. Must be a local virus. Yeah, that's it.
