Factory 6.5cm for a Vanguard

A full power load is approaching 100 ftlbs of recoil, what was your technique? I'm going to be shooting a 416 WM soon which isn't far behind the 460.

Standing- Death grip on rifle. Do not lean into it.
Bench-lead sled. tie the barrel down so it cant flip up. Dont weight the sled too heavy or you will crack a wood stock in short order.

My 375 Ruger hits pretty hard (it's a lightweight rifle and has no brake) and I find pulling in fairly hard to the shoulder helps with the recoil, was wondering if that might be helpful with these WM's.
