If you are including the first generation Red Labels, then I have personal negative experience of several with issues, two of which I sold. None of them were shot heavily. I know one person with a 20 gauge who shoots thousands of rounds a year and he has never had a problem. The second generation is different enough - like a one piece action housing - that I feel they should be addressed separately.

Gentlemen, after further investigation and corresponding with actual owners, the new Ruger still seems to have a QC issue. Perhaps this is why their customer service is so outstanding. As much as I would like to embrace it, I am going to listen to the subtle hints BigJim has offered. The Citori will be mine today!!! Thanks again for your comments and insight.
