I've never needed to send a Ruger in for repair, but did have a P345 that was shooting high with the ammo I choose to use for SD. One phone call and a new, lower rear sight was on it's way, and at no charge.
Ah, I see. I misread. Your slide is peening as well. Mine is only doing the frame peen that the early ones do. Supposedly self limiting and cosmetic only. We shall see I suppose.
