I always am curious, I'm not a lawyer or judge, but it seems to be the 14 or so words of the 2nd amendment, are plain as day...

To all, we have won the battle but the war continues. The next battle ground is the Kent County Gun Board. July 5th the Gun Board will vote whether to join a law suit that the Ingham County Gun Board is considering to STOP THE ISSUING OF CCW LICENSE due to insufficient funds and an inability to do adequate back ground checks. The last meeting of the Kent Gun Board saw a group of gun owners that opposed their plan to join the suit against CCW. They tabled the vote due to our presents. We will need a flood of people attending the Kent County Gun Board meeting July 5th at 9am to encourage them to vote no in taking up any law suit against CCW. This event is not limited to Kent county residents it should be attended by any gun owner in Michigan that can attend. If Kent brings a law suit the list of counties joining that suit will grow. We need to stop this and the time to stop it is with your presents at 9am July 5th, please be there. The address is 300 Monroe Ave NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. There is pay parking nearby, or 2 hour meters on the first and second streets east (Ottawa and Ionia) If you are able to attend please email me that you can join us there and plan on being there at 8:30 am.

I don't know if I can make it, but this is why this is important. If they can tie up CCW, many other counties can try the same thing. We need to stop this at Kent and Ingham counties so it doesn't happen, and retaliate against any elected officials (including the clerk) that goes against the 2nd Amendment and Michigan constitutional rights.
