What is "Butch's Bore Shine" and would it hurt a chrome-lined barrel like one found in my SAR-1? How about non-Chrome-line barrel like on Mini-14?
BTW: How long can barrels of rifles such as an AK or Mini-14 be left with no or casual cleaning (one pass with Boresnake or a bronze brush) without developing rust/pitting?
