Pretty hard to beat a plastic ccw if you want an auto loader.
For a hunting and range gun steel is the way to go.

Nope. I rather carry steel and a little extra weight. Plus most plastic pistols have no saftey and no external hammer. . I much prefer a nice commander size 1911 45ACP for carry.

I currently do not own any polymer handguns. Maybe one of these days i'll own a M&P Pro but I doubt it. CZ's and 1911's are my favorites.

In all steel semi autos I have a CZ75BD, a CZ Rami 2075, a Smith 5906 and a Smith 4046.

As much as I love these guns I almost always carry a Smith Sigma 9ve. It holds 16 + 1, shoots very well after trigger work, is sized and shaped perfectly for concealed carry and is light weight. Much lighter than anything all steel. I've also got a Kahr CW9 for the times when I want deep cover.

I've got holsters for all of the all steel guns and do carry each of them occasionally but the weight can be a problem.

For me, Glocks are my work guns (M27 and 30SF) My others, Colt, Ruger, S&W, Beretta, and Sig, I enjoy shooting at the range and hunting with.

Only 2 POLYMER At the present time SW M&P 40.FULLSIZE & COMPACT. All the rest are REVOLVERS. AND MY SEECAMP 32.
