Sad but true, what a kick in the posterior.

I do not recall who ran the thing, but perhaps inquiry directred thereto might answer the question of "what happened".

Alan...

Unfortunately, I'm an idjit and don't have an e-mail address for them. I even accessed the site thru FTP and there is nothing there...i.e they appear to have deleted everything on site

The site is/was owned by Mark Fuller. Here is his homepage url: http://www.primenet.com/~mfuller/

His email addy is either: mfuller@primenet.com or mfuller@2ndlawlib.org

I'll send him a query as to what's going on and post any reply here.

Yes, someone please find out what is going on... If it is money, I'll help there or anywhere else I can. This was one of the best sites on the net for us pro-gun types.

I e-mailed Mr. Fuller, address appears on his web page. Any reply I get will be posted here. We shall see what we shall see. Also, saw on CNN Guns Under Fire discussion group, question about the "Library" site. Nobody seems to know, as of this moment. Have the "elitists" found another way, of denying information to the masses, aside from through their control of our "free press", one wonders.

DC:

Re my last post and the possibility of "elitist" machinations, could Res Ipsa Loquitur, please excuse my rotten Latin, perhaps apply here?

Alan...

Yep, it would fit. Roughly translated:
the thing speaks for itself

DC:

I know. Unfortunately between Res Ipsa, and the following "semper in excretum, solus humus porofundum variat", my meger store of "conversational Latin" is pretty much exhausted.

Well...it is Latin, sorta...err, derived, via Old Western American :)

Re "demise" of 2nd amendment library:

Yesterday, I e-mailed Mr. Fuller, at the address indicated on his web page, no response as yet.

I e-mailed him too at both addresses yesterday. No response as of yet. I don't know what else we can do at this point.
