Meet Pit...my new toy. Shot 3'' 25yd groups with bitteroot ammo. Has CT grips and iron sights were dead on the money from factory. I've put 300 rds thru it so far. Really, really like this gun!

A friend has this gun it does not have a brand name on it that we can ID. Has nice engraving and only numbers on it are 1125 AUT.MSTOL M/1914 anyone know or seen anything about this gun? I striped it nothing inside to Id EITHER.

I can clean it up and oil it and it seems to run fine, 1st few shots though it starts binding again. I can see where its rubbing where ejector star and back of frame meet under firing pin. frame and ejector are shinning up. Any ideas or fixes? last four times out it has done this, never before then.

If I am going to spend money on a sight upgrade should I just let the GS install stake on front sight, or have him cut dovetail for front sight? Ive heard some say that stake on has shot loose after having original replaced. I'm looking at getting fiber optics.

Just bought a GI 1911 5" 9mm parkerized....Trigger is 3.1 lbs sweeter than southern sweet tea! Very pretty wood. How does your RIA shoot? Cant wait to shoot this one.

Where exactly do you measure too, for a revolver barrel? Front edge of forcing cone, middle or where barrel goes into frame?

I've been trying to carry above gun outside holster, With summer it just prints to much. How much will IWB help with printing for this gun? Is a big double clip IWB like galco worth it or is a single clip smaller IWB better? Tell me what you use and why! I'm in Texas it's hottttt here!

Our instructer for CHL class said he didnt think carry with your own loads was a good idea. If you had to use them, court would try to label you a gun nut looking for trouble. What is your thoughts?

Pulled camera card when I got to lease to turkey hunt...hog were coming every eveing at 7:30pm to protein feeder. So turkey hunted until 7pm then slipped in and setup about 25yds downwind of feeder. This boar came in at 7:35pm...bullet sure tries to hit where laser is shinning!
