I thought I would never give up my Model 70 Stainless Classic in .270 Win. But.........lately I have had a hankering for a new No.1 since I put a No.1 on layaway. I am thinking about trading the model 70 in on a No.1. This Model 70 is a real good shooter...........any recomendations???

Why does Winchester and Remington both have short mags that do pretty much the same thing??? Seems stupid to me!!!

When working up reloads do you guys use 3 or 5 shot groups. I have always used 5 simply because I don't soot the same everyday. I need 5 to take the human variables out...........even with sandbags.
