Maybe I just paranoid, but has anyone else noticed that TFL is considerably slower tonight. It is taking upwards of a minute to load pages for me. Just wondering if what is happening at AR15.com is spreading over here. :(

I ran across a Winchester 1300,12 GA., 18", 5 shot pump that is stamped "Made in Japan". The gun is about 10 years old. Anybody know anything about this? I didn't know Winchester made any guns in Japan. Will it accept anything other than a 2 3/4" shell, magnums, etc?

Any opinons or experiences with this pistol. I've been looking at one but am concerned with the "plastic" frame.

I've seen messages posted on this board refering to breaking in of new barrels. What is this procedure? Is it different for chrome lined vs. regular barrels?

Anyone had any experience with holosights or aimpoints on the mini 14 ranch. Given the nature of this rifle this seems like a good alternative to the cheap flip up rear sight.

I've seen a few posts here complaining of problems with "American" ammo. Is this the same as "American Eagle" ammo by Federal, or is it another ammo with a similar name? If so, what problems have been experienced with this ammo?
