Running of the Bulls (Taurus Pic Thread)

Let's see pictures of your Taurus revolvers. Personally, I don't own any Taurus guns but I have handled a few good ones. It seems that IF you get a good one they are nice enough. So, post your Taurus revolver pictures.

Ruger Six Series vs Ruger GP series

Sooner or later, I may decide to buy one of these guns in .357 magnum. (There are about 4 other guns that need I want to buy before it. So, it isn't a priority or anything.) Anyway, I would like to know which series you prefer and the reason(s) why? Personally, I am favoring the Six Series...

    Anyone Else Prefer Blued Python?

I was just wondering if anyone else thinks the Colt Python looks better with a blued finish than a stainless finish? I am normally a stainless finish guy. However, in this particular case I feel the blue makes it look sleeker and shows off the styling lines better than the stainless steel. What...

    Folding Stock Question

Does anyone have a lead on original "MAC-style" folding stocks for the new guns being made by Masterpiece Arms? If not, what about a side folding stock? (Already know I'll need a tax stamp.) Thank you.

What are the rules on inheriting a NFA firearm?

I was curious as to what the laws are about inheriting a legal NFA weapon from a family member? Does the person inheriting have to re-register it? Pay another tax stamp? Legal to do at all? Does it just "become your's" like a regular firearm?

    Guns you DO LIKE besides...

I started a thread about popular guns that you don't like for whatever reason. Well, let's change it up and talk about some guns you DO LIKE to shoot. To keep this thread from becoming boring, let's NOT DISCUSS any of the following ARs, AKs, Glocks or 1911s. Those have ENOUGH threads...

    Fun Guns for Under $450

I'm looking for a fun range toy for under $450. I would prefer to buy new! Currently, I'm toying with the idea of 12ga Stoeger Coach gun or MPA (MAC) in 9mm. However, I would love to hear some other suggestions. I have enough .22lrs so please don't suggest anything chamber for it. Tell me your...

Popular Guns You Just Don't Like

Is there anyone else that just can't seem to like certain popular guns? To clarify, it's not because the guns perform poorly or anything BUT for some reason they just "don't do anything" for you. Perhaps they just feel "off" or something for lack of better words. If so, what are a few of the...

    Suomi Rifle

Anyone have any experience with these 9mm PCCs? Lately, I have been wanting a PPC in 9mm. However, I absolutely do not want an AR or anything that is fed through the grip. These seem to be pretty neat. Also, it needs to be high capacity because it's kind of pointless IMHO to have a PPC that's...

    David and Goliath

David and Goliath. Small and Large. Weak and Powerful. What would be the "David and Goliath" handguns of your collection? In other words, what are the pistols at the two most opposite ends of the spectrum ? Size: LCP and Redhawk Power: 22/45 and Redhawk (.44 mag) Also, I don't think in this...

I was wondering if anyone has seen baseplate for Ruger 22/45 magazines that extend beyond the grip frame? (The standard factory ones fit flush like classic 1911 magazines.)

Options for a High Capacity Full Auto .22lr

I would love to have a nice fullauto toy. I want it in .22lr so that it can be shot often for "reasonably" cheap. Obviously, I want it to be high capacity or the full auto would be kind of useless to me. What are some options?

Who could make these grips for me?

I own a Ruger Redhawk .44magnum revolver. The rosewood grips that come on it fit my hand perfectly. However, they are a bit slippery. I have tried several of the aftermarket grips available for it. (My satisfaction with them has varied from "no good" to "garbage.") Anyway, I believe that I...
