I have a Rem 700 in .223. When chambering a round, the bolt is really hard to lock down and it shaves the rim of the case. With the chamber empty the bolt engages easy enough. This happens with all ammo I have used. Anybody run into the same problem? What is your solution/suggestion?

I have seen the new 7.62x39 AR uppers (Bushmaster, Olympic and DPMS) at Cabelas. Most of them are sold out. Are there other companies out there that sell these uppers, maybe for a little less than what they sell at the big box store?

I bought my wife her very own XDm 3.8 9mm for her birthday. We took it to the range today and she was very happy at the ease of shooting and the minimal felt recoil. She shot 2 inch groups at 15 yards. I think we have a winner! :)
