Picked up a RRA AR 15 Tactical, NIB. The military manual that came with it says 1/7 twist, however, the RRA Web Site says it's 1/9 twist. Which is correct and how do tell? Either or, what grain bullet would be best for either the 1/7 or 1/9 twist, does it make a difference?

I was looking at a RRA, LAR 15, Entry Tactical, 16 " barrel, with 5.56 on the side of it's receiver. The manual says it has a 1:7 twist. I thought they all had 1:9 twist. Can someone explain the difference between the two? Thanks.

Went to the range with my Glock 19, original sights, and was consistently hitting bowling pins at 50 yards, standing position, two hand supported. How'd I do? Is it expected of the 19 to do that? I was shooting inexpensive Rem. UMC, 115 GR. MC.
