Here goes what may be a stupid question but I gotta ask. I have an over abundance of 9mm brass but no 380 brass. And I can't find 380 brass or ammo. Can I turn my 9mm brass into 380 brass? I've looked at the measurements and they are close. I can trim them to 380 length. Thanks.

I currently use lee case trimmers and they do fine as far as I'm concerned. But I'm wanting to turn some necks. Preferably inside and out. If I buy a normal case trimmer can I do it on that? Or should I stick with the lee's and buy a rcbs or similar neck turner? The more info the better.
