I want to put a massive bolt handle on the .22 bolt action I have. I hate having to use the tips of my fingers to rack the action. If I put one that was about 1" by 3" or 4" I could manipulate it with my wrist, or fingers fairly easily. Also, the heavier the bolt...the smoother the action will...

I have a RCBS and a LEE resizing die for my .223. Both scratch the necks of my .223 brass. I neck resize my .308 and I dont get this problem. Does anyone know what it could be? I look at the die. It seems pretty smooth. I clean my brass and lube the walls before I resize... Any Ideas? Thanks -Dave
