Simple question really, in 2021 can you buy a NIB Desert Tech MDRX in 5.56x45? Their website lists 5-6 calibers but 5.56 ain't one of them. .308, .300 BO, 6.5 CM, and 223 Wylde just to name a few that are available. Unless the .223 Wylde option is compatible with 5.56 NATO? Thanks!
