Anyone heard what the Old Bill in San Francisco were using when they dealt with that tiger? I would hazard a guess it was a shotgun with rifled slug.

Are these any good? A mate has a 2.5 pistol scope, old, but in good condition. I am looking for a reasonable scope to put on a K.98 using an S&K scout mount. I'll work out the price with him, but I would like to know if anyone has any experience of them for this use, positive or negative.

I found a system on the net which shows a bipod mounted on a stock K.98 using a setup which slides onto the bayonet boss. Now I can't find this again. Does anyone know who makes them? Does anyone have any experience of them, i.e. are they worth it?

I came across an old French shooting magazine, (From 1998) and it had an IMI advert showing a bolt action rifle in .44 magnum. It looks like a Mauser 98 action and uses Desert Eagle magazines. Has anyone one out there got or seen one of these? I have tried emailing IMI but so far, nothing.

Has anybody used these? I want to upgrade the sights on a Mauser 98K. It's a Yugoslavian arsenal refurbished model, not an M48. Another option would be to use a Burris Scout scope I already have, with a mount from B square or from GunAccessories.com. Any reviews on the above welcome.
