I was trimming some lake city 5.56 cases this morning . I checked and found a variance in length most all were between 1.748 and 1.750 after sizing and trimming. I found a few that were 1.743 and 1.744. How important is it that they all be exactly the same for accuracy ? Will the shorter ones be...

I have a Leopold Vari - x III 4.5-14 x 40 scope and am having a problem getting the parallax set right. When I slightly shift my head from left or right the cross hairs move off the target. How do you guys make this adjustment for parallax ?
I am reloading 223 69 gr SMK with 24.5 of reloader 15, to over all length of 2.250. What would happen to pressure if I seated this same load to 2.230 ? I am loading these to shoot in a 5.56 AR using LC 5.56 brass.

I took the accuracy load for 40 gr off Sierra manual and loaded 25.3 of H322 at oal of 2.250. Has anyone else loaded these bullets and were you close to this load as being an accurate load ? I will be shooting these out of a Colt match target competition AR 20" 1 in 9 twist barrel.
