Folks: I just purchased a fine, unsed S&W 41 with a 7" barrel (and a muzzle break that goes out another inch or so)and two magazines in the original box. It has a serial number of 9XXXX. Does anyone know what year it might have been produced in? Regards, Dennis

G&A magazine for June has a full page add (p. 69) for this new CCW sized gun that can be carried cocked and locked (9mm and .40). Anyone hear when it will be in retail stores? Regards, Dennis

Ayone have any experience with this gun? It's a single action, 9mm Beretta with a frame mounted safety. One guy says it will shoot 1/2" at 25 yards. Regards, Dennis

For any who might be interested, Kimber just e-mailed me the following information: 1 - They have delayed manufacture of 9mm's until the 1st of the year inorder to meet demand for other guns. 2 - Expect a 6 to 8 week wait if you special order a .40 S&W calibur gun. Regards, Dennis

I haven't been successful yet over at shooters.com getting an answer to the following: Has the Performance Center produced SA pistols in 9mm? Is the safety (or decocker) on the slide or the frame? If they exist, does anyone have a lead on the model number/name and who might have new/used ones...
