I had a recent breakdown (after over 5.000 awesome rounds) and when I sent the pistol to S&W they had it back and fixed in 11 days total...

Was this one of the Smith and Wesson manufactured PPK/S pistols? Or was it a German made Walther?

How much did the repair cost you??

I agree.

I've had to send in a couple of Walthers (for reasons unrelated to reliability) and both times was amazingly impressed with S&W's customer service.

I have to agree SW does have good CS I sent a SW1911 back for a recall and they had it back within a week!
