its been over 3 months so i decided to send batf an email to see whats up. i got the reply that it was issued yesterday and will be mailed out today. i have a feeling that if i hadn't helped them pull their head out that they would still have it in.

I've known more than one person who inquired only to be told "oh, yeah, we ummm... just issued that yesterday... it's in the mail....."

I think a gentle reminder can go a long way with them....

Now... what's first on the list?!?!
