I am older and the vision is not what she used to be. I had a BoMar rear and a higher front sight on my SA 1911 that I sent to the SA Custom shop around 1990. Loved those sights. Ordered some XS big honkin dot sights. The local gunsmith did a excellent job of putting them on. It amazed me how quick the eye catches the sight its ready to go. I was not diappointed as I put a quick 50 rounds downrange from 5 yards to 20 yards.
