Wisconsin Concealed Carry?

I have been seeing in the media lately that Wisconsin has finally passed concealed carry. I am not from there, do not live there, but do travel there and I have a CPL from my state. Has anyone researched or heard about the reciprocity for other states and when will this new law go into effect? Back in early summer/late spring, the media was thinking it would be October, but I haven't heard any updates since.

I called the DOJ about some qustion I had and ask him that and he told me as long as they (states) do a BACKGROUND check like Wisconsin does so I dont think you will have a problem but you have to wait till after 11/1 to see what the State says.

I'm wondering about this as well. I will be back in La Crosse this upcoming thanksgiving (deer season, family, and friends await) and with my Washington CWP I was hoping I would be able to CC while there.
