Winchester Wildcat 22 Rifle

I picked one up on a trade the other day.
I've read very good reports on them especially in the accuracy department

The rifle has a nice trigger pull, shoots very well, is light, I believe it will make a great small game gun.

I guess Winchester discontinued them, I don't know why as this one is a nice rifle.

I looked at one a couple of years before they were discontinued but bought a different gun. A pistol I think. Then when I got serious enough about wanting one to actually buy one I haven't been able to find one. I would buy one in a minute if I could. Except I don't buy guns online. I like to see them first.

From what I hear lately they were going for about $300 new, however as KMAX said you can't seem to find any now.

If I get time I'll try to get some pictures of the rifle, the stock is nicely checkered, the forend of the stock is schnabled and they come with sling studs installed.
