I have a bunch of Winchester Q3131 5.56X45 USA made factory boxed ammo I've not fired. I've read there were some QC issues with some of the lots in 1999 (including primers popping out).
I was considering using this ammo for plinking but am thinking I might never touch it if there are serious QC issues with it...... anybody have an experience with this (1999 run of Q3131).
