Winchester Power Point Plus

I just picked up a box of Win Power Point Plus for my new .270. The rifle seems to like them a lot (maybe b/c they're a bit oversized and are all lead). I think that they will make a GREAT metal silhouette load, however I do have a question about them. Since they look like they will expanded QUICKLY and VIOLENTLY, will they make an effective Whitetail round? (Talking 150-200yds max). (Right now I'm shooting 130gr. They don't appear to come in other weights according to the Win web site.) Also, what about Ayouba (sp?). Anyone have any exp with this round?

And, if not this round, does anyone have a suggestion for a round that will accomplish both of my objectives?

i don't have a 270, nor do i shoot power points, but, i would think that combination would be fine for whitetails for most shots. perhaps a shot at under 50 yards might give you trouble if you shoot shoulders out...
