Winchester model 92 scope mounts ?

I need it for a puma 92. I have been told the one for the Winchester 92 will fit. The only mount I can find is for the Puma 92 but it's made by B-square. Is it worth buying is it a mount that will hold its zero ? It is for a 454 Casull,

You have two options if a rear leaf sight doesn't work for you.

Drill and tap for a Williams type rear peep mounted on the receiver. Or get a tang mounted sight.

The only real place to put a scope on this rifle is forward of the action and you are looking at a bunch of custom work to mount a scout-style scope. And then you defeat the handyness of the thing.

Weaver makes a sidemount for the Winchester 92, which should fit your rifle. Recoil should be no problem.
