Tighten the front and rear screws as tight as you can get them by hand with a proper fitting screw driver. It is even alright to use two hands on the driver. Too much pressure on the middle screw will cause accurcy problems. Just snug up the middle screw. Turn it slowly with one hand and when it stops turning quit! That should solve your problems.
