wilson combat contact problems.

anybody had any problems contacting wilson combat?

i sent in some mags for repair/replacement in the beginning of december.

ive sent several emails with no response, and phone calls ill either get a recording saying to hold, then i am disconnected. or i just get a busy tone.

is there any issues there?

what is the usual magazine replacement/repair turnaround time?

I usually make my calls to any company as early as possible. I have spoken to WC 3 times. All three were immediately answered and I was satisfactorily taken care of.

ive called various times thru the day/week. still cant get thru.

finally got thru.

mags were back ordered and shipped out a few days ago.
